Associates, now AO&A Audit and AO&A Consult, was established
in 1983 primarily to provide first class professional accountancy
and auditing services to discerning clients.

We are headquartered
at our own custom built four level facility in the serene
area of Ikeja, G.R.A., in Lagos, with branch offices in major
Nigerian cities and the West African sub region.
At AO&A we attempt to shape
the future through a timeless pursuit of knowledge using tested
methods. A well focused team consisting of the best talents
available and operating out of a structured and conducive
environment, translates into a well positioned organisation
capable of providing cutting edge professional services to
our clients.
Our Managing Partner is Mr. Segun Ogunsola. An Economist and
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria,
he is also an affiliate member of the Institute of Internal
Auditors, UK. He attended the University of Ife and had his
professional training in Coopers and Lybrand. He has in line
with our commitment to developing employee capabilities at
all levels attended courses locally and abroad including Southern
Methodist University Texas and Columbia University in New
York.
